. General Hotel Policy
• Check-in time: 2pm | Check-out time: Before 12pm
• Guests must present a valid photo ID and booking confirmation at check-in.
• All reservations require a valid credit/debit card guarantee or advance payment.
• The Très Hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee will apply for violations.
• Only the designated number of guests stated in your booking is allowed in the room at all times.
2. Reservation & Cancellation
• Full refund for cancellations made 3 days or more before check-in date, 2:00 PM.
• First night’s charge applies for cancellations made within 3 days of check-in.
• Full charge applies for no-shows.
• Cancellations or modifications are subject to the terms of your booking confirmation.
3. Guest Capacity & Extra Beds
• Children aged 11 and below stay free without extra bed charges.
• Extra bed charge: RM 100 per room per night for children and adults aged 12 and above.
• Maximum occupancy per room:
• 2 adults + 2 children (without extra bed)
• 2 adults + 1 additional adult (with extra bed)
• Exceeding the allowed occupancy is strictly prohibited.
4. Payment & Deposits
• A security deposit of RM 100 is required upon check-in, refundable upon check-out if no damages or unpaid charges are incurred.
• Deposits may be deducted/forfeited for:
• Unpaid damages
• Unpaid services or penalties
• Any extra charges incurred during stay
Accepted payment methods:
• Debit card
• Credit card
• QR code payment
• Cash in MYR currency
• A 5% processing charge applies for payments made in foreign currency in Cash.
5. Guest Responsibilities
• Guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors at all times.
• Loud noise, disruptive behaviour, or parties that disturb other guests are strictly prohibited.
• Any damage to hotel property (including rooms, furniture, and facilities) will be charged to the registered guest.
• Loss of room key/card will incur a replacement fee.
6. Children
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times within the property.
7. Pets
• Pets are not permitted in the hotel.
8. Shooting & Photography Policy
We welcome guests to capture memories of their stay, but to ensure privacy, safety, and comfort, the following applies:
1. Personal Photography
• Casual, non-commercial photography is allowed for personal use.
• Please respect the privacy of other guests.
• Couple shoots in common area with the presence of photographer are not allowed without prior consent from hotel
2. Commercial or Professional Shooting
• All commercial photography, videography, influencer content, pre-wedding shoots, couple shoots, advertisements, or any content intended for marketing or profit must be approved in advance by hotel management.
• Charges may apply based on type, location, and duration of the shoot.
• Shoots are only permitted at approved times and locations.
3. Prohibited Activities
• No drones are allowed without written permission.
• Filming in guest rooms, hallways, or restricted areas without approval is strictly prohibited.
• Unauthorized shoots may result in removal from property and/or legal action.

9. Prohibited Uses of Hotel Property
• Hotel premises may not be used for unlawful purposes, political rallies, or activities that could damage the hotel’s reputation.
• Unauthorized commercial activities are not permitted without written consent.
10. Liability
• The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• The hotel shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, or losses except where caused by negligence on our part.
11. Force Majeure
• The hotel will not be held liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, and government restrictions.
12. Policy Updates
• The Très Hotel reserves the right to amend these policies at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website.
