Cancellation Policy

7 Days Before Arrival : 100% refundable.
1 Day Before Arrival : One night's charge applies.
Less Than 24 Hours Before 2 PM (Local Time) : Full charges applies.
No amendment to be made for reservation less than 24 hours before 2PM.

Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Bookings : No cancellations or refunds.
Deposit : A refundable deposit (one night’s stay) may be required for cancellations made 48+ hours in advance.
No-Show : Full booking charges apply.
Special Circumstances : Contact reservations for exceptions due to emergencies.
Group Bookings & Peak Seasons : Different terms apply—please inquire.
